After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
No-fail icecream... 2 ingredients ;)
500ml cream, ice-cold ( pure/whipping cream is better, thickened cream will do at a pinch)
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk.
open the cans of condensed milk; to make it flow a bit easier, gently heat the milk (au bain marie, still in the can) to only just lukewarm...no more than 35 degrees C.
whip the cream until stiff peaks form; fold the condensed milk through the cream.
add any flavourings/filling if desired (fruit, nuts, choc chips)
pour into shallow dish; freeze until set.
serve.
